A collection of Reading comprehension activities based on animal themes.  Each word found in the interesting animals stories is either from the basic 225 work list on page 59 or is introduced as a new word.  Children will enjoy colouring the animals, drawing pictures, writing creative stories and doing many of the other highly motivating activities that will help to develop their reading comprehension skills.
